Dallas Charles Delormier (30) is the owner of Higher Ground Cannabis Co located in the Hogansburg, NY.

In April 2022 Dallas opened Dank Bank Dispensary in Fort Covington, NY. Dallas then opened Higher Ground Cannabis Co in August 2022.
